Founder World exists because nobody should spend two hours a day on Reddit to find one lead.
Built by a solo consultant who lost those two hours every day for eighteen months. perea.ai is profitable. Founder World is the tool that should have existed to make building less lonely and less stupid.
Dante Perea · perea.ai · 50+ shipped consultancies · still pays the scroll tax.
Three things just became true in the same six months.
The category was impossible in 2024. It's table-stakes in 2026.
A four-agent AI workforce for cents per day per user. Frontier-quality reasoning is no longer a premium tier.
30-second OAuth connections to Reddit, Gmail, LinkedIn, Stripe. 100+ connectors out of the box. No more building integrations by hand.
One person ships multi-tenant AI. Streaming, retries, dead-letter, observability — all primitives. Zero infra to manage.
The same single founder, building the same product, would have needed an 8-person team in 2024 and a dedicated infra engineer. Today they ship in eight weeks.
The next decade of work won't happen in a table.
Solo founders, indie hackers, and small consultancies have spent the last fifteen years pouring their professional lives into spreadsheets, CRMs, and Notion boards. Tools designed for enterprise sales teams of fifty, retrofitted for one. The fit was never good. It's about to break.
What replaces it is spatial. Multi-agent. Continuous. The AI does the reading and watching and drafting. The human does the talking and judging and deciding. The interface stops being a list of rows and becomes a place you walk through.
“Founder World is what that world looks like for people who sell expertise.”
Games have always known this. Habbo Hotel, Theme Hospital, Animal Crossing, Two Point Hospital — every one of them solved a coordination problem by becoming a place you walk through. The bet is that this finally arrives for work, and that the first category to land it is solo expertise sellers.
Today: the office. Today: four agents. Today: a public demo.
The vision is a category. The shipping product is smaller, sharper, and already playable.
Founder World today is a browser-based isometric office where four AI agents work, three pain-point NPCs talk back, and one founder walks through them. Concrete, not hypothetical.
The dashboard is the game; the game is the work.
An office where AI works while you walk through it.
Founder World is a browser-based isometric workspace. The player is the founder. The world is the office. The non-player characters are pain points — real problems extracted from real communities. The AI employees at the desks do background work continuously.
The agents work while you sleep. Vera reads forums. Mateo drafts replies. Iris watches pipeline. Felix clusters patterns.
The lobby fills with visitors — pain-point NPCs, each representing a real thread, given a body and a voice.
You walk over. You talk. You engage. A pipeline card is created. An artifact is drafted. Revenue flows. The office grows.
“The room IS the data model. The visitors ARE the leads. The pipeline IS the pipeline. The game grammar happens to be the most ergonomic interface humans have invented for navigating multi-actor space.”
The world has a small, deliberate vocabulary.
Eight nouns. Every word means one thing. A world is legible because it has rules, not because it has variety.
Your isometric workspace. Starts as a garage. Grows to Empire as MRR grows.
Where new visitors appear, queued by your Research Agent.
A visitor in the lobby — one real thread given a body and a voice.
AI worker at a desk. Four roles: Research, Outreach, Pipeline, Strategy.
Real deal stages: Spotted → Contacted → Proposed → Won. Cards move on action.
A drafted outreach DM, reply, or proposal. Real-world output, executed via Composio.
OAuth connection managed by Composio. Reddit, Gmail, LinkedIn, Stripe, 100+ more.
Garage / Freelancer / Studio / Agency / Empire. Each tier MRR-gated, DB-tunable.
Six pieces, each the simplest thing that survives scale.
| Game engine | Phaser 4 — isometric, A* pathfinding |
| Frontend + API | Next.js 16 App Router |
| Database | Supabase Postgres (RLS-enforced) |
| Realtime (v2) | Supabase Realtime Presence |
| Agent orchestration | Claude API direct (today) · Ruflo MCP (soon) |
| Payments / tiers | Stripe webhook → Postgres trigger |
| OAuth manager | Composio |
| Background jobs | Vercel Queues |
Ruflo runs locally in dev. Production deployment deferred until usage justifies the cost — likely Fly.io next to Vercel.
What ships when. Status as of May 2026.
Founder World is built in public. Status updated whenever a row crosses a milestone.
This roadmap is opinionated and movable. If a row blocks an earlier row from shipping, the earlier row wins.
If any of these is you, this is for you.
Sells expertise — AI, devops, growth, design. Already profitable. Wants daily qualification work to stop devouring afternoons.
Founder World sends the Research Agent while they bill.
Pre-PMF. Has a product, needs design partners. Tired of cold DMs nobody opens.
Founder World replaces the daily scroll with a lobby of warm fits.
Runs outbound + inbound. Each founder wears five hats. Pipeline lives in three tools. Nothing talks to anything.
Founder World gives one shared office where roles are agents.
Anyone who finds Reddit / Product Hunt scrolling a daily tax on actually building. Doesn’t care about “lead gen” — wants the two hours back.
Founder World gives them their two hours back.
Things we don't pretend to have solved.
Each one is real. Each one is open. None are blockers for v1, but all become blockers somewhere downstream.
Extraction quality
Turning noisy Reddit threads into structured pain points with usable fit scores is the technical core. Initial benchmarks: 60–70% precision. Trustworthy-at-scale needs 90%+. Ongoing research problem.
AI-mediated outreach ethics
If 1,000 founders send agent-drafted replies, Reddit gets worse. Founder World’s answer: non-optional human review + capped volume per founder. Long-term: first-party communities inside Founder World where conversation is opt-in to AI-mediated discovery.
Business model
Natural model: small monthly subscription ($30–100/mo) with the Stripe revenue-gated tier system applied to Founder World’s own pricing — cheaper at lower MRR, more expensive at higher tiers. Whether this creates correct incentive alignment is something we learn by running it.
Multiplayer dynamics
Federated offices introduce competition (same visitor) and collaboration (warm intros between founders). Both are interesting, both can go wrong. Ship snapshot visits first, watch what behaviors emerge.
Asset ceiling
Current rendering is AI-generated Habbo/Argentum pixel art via gpt-image-2. Useful for prototyping and brand consistency. The decision to commit to curated pixel art, low-poly 3D, or custom illustration is deferred to the post-validation phase.
This is being built now, in public. Come help.
Founder World is built in public. Early users get four things nobody else gets — by being there before there's a there.
Founding 25 get Garage tier free for life. Tier upgrades unlock at standard MRR thresholds — the rent never starts.
A 50-year discount on a tool built for you.
Private Slack with the founder. Feature requests triaged personally. Bugs fixed in 24 hours.
Build the product with the person building the product.
Every founding member gets a framed portrait in the v1 launch office. Habbo would be proud.
Be in the room when the room first opened.
Code on GitHub. Architecture decisions in the open. If you want to fork it for a different vertical — that is the feature.
Own the thing you bet on.
